Mixed Martial Arts Full Body Training - MMA Conditioning - MMAAP

Get 6 Pack Abs, Increase Strength, Power, Cardio and Muscular Endurance

In order to be successful in the MMA Armor Program it is of most importance to build a strong foundation. Level 1 plays a major role in getting your body ready for the HARDER workout routines to come.

Upon entering level 2 your muscles have been pushed to failure and to its max. Now it's time to continue to push your muscles closer and closer to it's boundaries. You will be introduced to an extended workout plan in this level.

Every aspect of this level will require you to execute each routine with form and control. Whether your jumping or performing a technique it will be executed fast and with proper form. You will be performing each routine teetering on the brink of failure and exhaustion.

Say goodbye to counting repetitions, this level is by the clock. This is an extremely difficult level, requiring you to do full body workout routines. You will be out of breath and you will be pushed to your limit

The MMA Armor Program is designed to challenge you both physically and mentally as participants develop strength, power, core stability, speed and most importantly endurance. Endurance is important for optimal performance especially in a sport that is as physically demanding as mixed marital arts. To improve endurance, participants must learn how to overcome fatigue and they do so by adapting to the training demands within the MMAAP. Any adaptation made is an increase in improved endurance whether that be via repetition(s) or second(s) gained.

Through the MMA Armor Program participants will not only increase anaerobic and aerobic endurance performance, but also increase muscle mass while decreasing overall body fat percentage. Top performing athletes know in order to succeed in MMA they can't waste time in the gym lifting heavy weights which will ultimately affect their overall performance (striking, flexibility and kicking). Instead they focus on exercise routines that enhance movements performed in the ring such as twisting, turning, lunging, pushing and pulling. These are a number of movements performed in the MMAAP, all of which can be performed while your on the road or in the privacy of your own home.

    EQUIPMENT

Your participation in the MMAAP goes to increasing muscle  - so it all about the reps. Despite what you may believe, some of the top performing athletes in MMA know that a competitive edge can not be obtained through weight lifting alone.

Your first week requires no equipment, so you have plenty of time to get what you need if you don't already have it.

I completed the MMA Armor Program and feel as strong as a freaking - well I don't know, but I do know that I joined the program with the ability only to bench press 135 at max. After 11 weeks my bench press increased 100 pounds, I went from 135 to 235, my abs ripped out of this world...I basically got the body that I wanted and the cardio I needed. I went from rolling on the mat and being gassed after 5 minutes to rolling on the mat consistently for over an hour. It was like my muscles never got tired. I recommend this program to anyone just getting in to mixed martial arts because it gives you that foundation.

The MMAAP defiantly helped me out, its gotten me into the best physical shape I've ever been! I can take off my shirt at beach, or at the pool knowing that i got a chest, and a six pack. I used to be able to bench press 117 pounds now I can bench 160 it has also gotten my cardio freakishly insane im like a Clay Guida, I can run for miles, and wont feel fatigued. I have never been in the best physical shape till right now so what do I say about joining the MMA armor program? Do it! You wont regret it...the workouts are insane I have never been so tired after doing only 3 sets of regular exercises using my own body weight, but all the pain you feel will defiantly pay off in the end.

I can't say one negative thing about the MMA Armor Program, it is the fuel that drives me to be the best I can be in this sport. I understand more now than ever that with out this kind of conditioning I would be one of those guys gassed out in the first round or made an example of by some other mixed martial arts gym as a punching dummy. I am more confident with my striking knowing I have the speed, power and cardio to impose my will on my opponent.
